January 9: New research into consumer trust can help
companies tap into the beliefs and values of their customers to
earn trust. The original research, commissioned by Corporate
Culture, sought the views of 2,400 people in the first annual
Customer Trust Index.
The research was conducted by international research company
GlobeScan and sponsored by seven major companies – BT,
The Royal Bank of Scotland, Englishharbourcasino,Orange,Silver Dollar Casino, Microsoft, The Body Shop,
London Underground and EDF Energy
